Description
This flat washer is one of those basic hardware pieces that every pump needs to stay together properly. It fits the Rietschle V-VCA and VCE series like the VCA25, VCE25, VCA40, VCE40, VCA60, VCE60, VCAH100, and VCEH100, plus some V-VC models such as VC200 and VC300.
These pumps run all day in print shops, packaging plants, labs, and small factories. They have lots of bolts holding covers, flanges, and other parts in place. A good washer under each bolt or nut spreads the pressure so nothing digs into the metal or loosens over time.
Without the right washer, or if the old one is bent, rusted, or missing, bolts can work loose from vibration. That leads to small leaks, extra noise, or even bigger damage if things shift.
This washer is zinc-plated for rust protection and made to the original Rietschle M8 spec. It slips right under the bolt head or nut during any service or rebuild.
