Description

This ISO63 trapped O-ring seal (also known as a Co-Seal) is designed for ISO-K and ISO-F vacuum flanges. Unlike standard centering rings, this “trapped” design has no metal ring—just a  O-ring that seals directly between flange faces. It eliminates crevices and trapped gas volumes for faster pump-down and cleaner vacuum. Made of Viton® (FPM) rubber. It has a metal ring with an O-ring attached. This product is different. It is a “trapped” O-ring seal. There is no metal ring at all. Just the O-ring itself.
