Description
These vanes are the working parts inside your pump.
Your Leybold Trivac has two rotors – one in the first stage and one in the second stage. The vanes sit in slots in those rotors. As the rotor spins, the vanes slide in and out, sealing against the cylinder wall. That’s how the pump pulls in air, compresses it, and creates vacuum.
After many hours of use, the vanes wear down. They get shorter, the seals get weaker, and the pump loses power. You’ll notice slower pump-down, more noise, or extra oil mist.
This 20039220 is the exact set you need – the two vanes for both stages. It matches the original Leybold part (20039220 / ES20039220) and is made from a tough composite material that handles heat and oil very well.
