Description

This hex nylon lock nut is a small but smart hardware piece that helps your Rietschle pump stay put. It fits the V-VCA and VCE series like the VCA25, VCE25, VCA40, VCE40, VCA60, VCE60, VCAH100, and VCEH100, plus some V-VC models such as VC200 and VC300.

These pumps work hard in print shops, packaging lines, labs, and small factories. They vibrate a lot from spinning parts, so regular nuts can loosen over time and cause leaks, noise, or loose covers.

This nut has a nylon ring inside the threads. When you tighten it on a bolt, the nylon grips hard and acts like a lock – it won’t back off easily even with constant shaking.

It’s made just like the original Rietschle part, M8 size, hex shape for easy wrenching. Techs use these when they change filters, seals, or do any service where bolts get removed.
