This Vacstellar Buna O-ring (Part# 2120101) is a direct replacement for Edwards E1M80 and E2M80 vacuum pumps. It measures 159.5 mm inner diameter with a 3 mm cross-section. Made of durable Buna rubber, it creates a tight seal between pump housing components, preventing leaks and maintaining vacuum integrity. Inside Edwards pump, this O-ring sits between two metal parts. It gets squeezed between them. This creates a tight seal. It stops air from leaking in. It also stops oil from leaking out. Without a good O-ring, your pump cannot hold a strong vacuum.
