Description
This is a simple flat metal disc.
It fits inside the drive coupling of your Leybold Trivac pump – models S4A, S8A, D2A, D4A, D2AC, and D4AC.
The coupling joins the motor to the pump shaft. There’s a flexible rubber piece inside that takes up vibration. This disc keeps that rubber piece from shifting or falling out while the pump runs.
If the disc is missing or worn, the coupling can loosen up. You’ll hear extra noise, feel more vibration, and the pump may not run as smoothly over time.
You only need one per pump. It comes in almost every major repair kit (usually listed right next to the coupling element and retaining ring).
It’s the exact replacement part, fits perfectly, and costs very little.
