Description

This Ring Gasket is a , ring-shaped seal made from Viton. Unlike a flat sheet, it has a defined cross-section. It’s designed to sit perfectly in a machined groove on a pump part. When another part is bolted against it, the gasket compresses to fill the groove completely. This creates an extremely effective seal against air and oil leaks. Replacing a worn or compressed ring gasket with this part (Part# 300045) is an important step during pump overhaul. It guarantees the correct size and material to restore the original sealing integrity of your Leybold Trivac pump.
