Description
This sealing ring is a round, flat gasket. It sits between the pump’s inlet filter housing and the pump body. Its job is to create a tight seal around the filter. When you tighten the filter housing, the sealing ring gets compressed, filling any tiny gaps. This ensures that all air entering the pump must first pass through the filter element.
