Description
This is a simple little stainless steel coil spring.
It goes inside the oil filter housing on your Leybold Trivac pump – the D2A, D2AC, D4A, and D4AC models.
The oil filter catches dirt so your pump stays lubricated and runs smooth. This spring presses against the filter to keep it seated properly. Without it, the filter can shift, oil gets dirty fast, and the pump wears out sooner.
You only need one per pump. It’s included in most gasket kits and every major repair kit.
It’s the exact replacement part, costs very little, and slips in easily when you change the filter or open the pump for service.
