Description
This aluminium vane, part number 522265, is built exactly like the original. It is made from lightweight 6061-T6 aluminium alloy. That means it is strong, does not wear out quickly, and slides smoothly even when the pump gets hot.
It is made for the VCA25 and VCE25 models. These are popular pumps used in workshops, labs, and small factories. If your pump is getting weaker or making extra noise, worn vanes are often the reason.
You need three of these vanes in each pump. They sit in the rotor slots and press against the cylinder wall. When they are new and the right size, the pump pulls full vacuum again.
