Description

This vane goes in the second stage. That’s the part that does the final compression to get really low pressure. It’s the same GX material Leybold uses in the factory pumps – tough, long-lasting, and it works great with the pump oil.

You usually replace them in pairs (two vanes for the second stage). They slide in and out of the rotor slots as the pump spins. When they wear, you lose vacuum and the pump can get noisy.

This replacement part is made to match the original Leybold number 20010653 exactly. It drops right in during a major service or rebuild. No special tools needed if you already have the pump apart.

One small part, but it can bring your pump back to full performance.
