The Inlet Screen is your pump’s first line of defense. It is a simple mesh filter with a conical shape. This shape provides a large surface area to catch more debris.
This screen sits right at the air entrance point of your Busch R5 pump. As air is pulled in, the screen traps the solid particles. It lets clean air pass through.
