This is a replacement case gasket for DVP LC.12 vacuum pumps, part number 4901064. It is the large gasket that seals the main housing of the pump. When you split the pump open for a full rebuild, this gasket is what seals it back up. If you are doing a complete overhaul, this is a must-have part. Your DVP LC.12 vacuum pump is made of two main halves that bolt together. Between these two halves is the case gasket. It seals the entire pump housing. Without this gasket, oil would leak out and air would leak in. It is one of the most important seals in the whole pump.
