Description
This is a simple cylindrical metal sleeve.
It slides onto the drive shaft inside your Leybold Trivac pump – the D40B, D65B, S40B, S65B, D40BCS, and D65BCS models.
The shaft seal (the rubber lip seal) presses against this sleeve. It creates a perfect sealing surface so oil doesn’t leak out. Over time the original sleeve can get scratched or worn, then the seal fails and you see oil leaks. It fits exactly, costs very little, and makes the new seal last much longer. Quick and easy part that stops leaks fast.
