Description
This small bolt does an important job.
It screws in and holds the round oil sight glass firmly against the pump body. Without it, the glass can shift, oil can leak, or the whole sight glass assembly can come loose.
Over time, these bolts get rusty, stripped, or lost during repairs. When that happens, a quick swap with this exact replacement fixes the problem.
This is the style part Leybold uses (Part# 72000129). You normally need two bolts per pump – one on each side of the sight glass.
Installation is straightforward. Clean the threads, put the new bolt in, and tighten it .
