Rietschle VC100 and VC150 pumps run long hours in workshops and plants. They need seals that can take the heat and oil without failing. This Viton O-ring, part number 320231, is made for exactly that.

It is black Viton material – a special rubber that handles high temperatures and chemicals much better than standard Buna. The size is 53.57 mm across the inside and 3 mm thick. It fits snug in its groove, gets squeezed when parts bolt together, and creates a strong, leak-proof seal.

This O-ring works on the VC100 and VC150 models in the V-VC family. These are oil-lubricated rotary vane pumps used for steady vacuum in many jobs. You will see it in major repair kits and gasket kits – sometimes just one, sometimes up to five depending on the full rebuild.
