Description
This gasket is a flat ring. It is also called a filler plug gasket. It sits between the oil cap or filler plug and the pump body. When you tighten the cap, this gasket gets squeezed. This squeezing action fills any tiny gaps. It creates a seal that oil cannot pass through.
This gasket is used on the oil cap or oil filler plug of your Rietschle pump. It is a small part, but it is very important.
