This rectangular gasket is one of those small parts that makes a big difference on your Rietschle V-VC pump. It fits the VC200 and VC300 models just right.
These pumps get used a lot in printing, packaging, and manufacturing. They pull strong vacuum all day long. But over time, the old gasket can flatten out or crack.
When that happens, air starts sneaking in. Your vacuum drops, the pump works harder, and you might see a bit of oil around the edges.
This gasket is built exactly like the original Rietschle one. It’s made from strong C-4401 material that handles heat and pressure without falling apart.
A lot of shops keep a couple of these on hand. They’re inexpensive and fix a surprising number of small issues.
If your V-VC feels a little off or you notice a slow leak, this is often the part that brings it back to life.
