Description
This external retaining ring is a small spring steel clip that keeps important parts from moving around inside your Rietschle pump. It fits the V-VCA and VCE series – models such as the VCA25, VCE25, VCA40, VCE40, VCA60, VCE60, VCAH100, VCEH100, plus some V-VC like VC200 and VC300.
These pumps run every day in print shops, packaging lines, labs, and small factories. They have spinning shafts and bearings that need to stay exactly in position to avoid extra wear, noise, or damage.
The ring goes into a groove on the shaft or housing. It acts like a stopper that holds everything tight during operation.
After a lot of running hours, the old ring can bend, lose its snap, or get worn. That lets parts shift a tiny bit, which can cause vibration, leaks nearby, or bigger problems later.
This ring matches the original Rietschle specs – 9.3 mm inner diameter and 1.00 mm thick. It installs easily with snap-ring spread it open a little, fit it into the groove, and let it pop back into place.
