Description

Rietschle VC400, VC500, and VC700 are heavy-duty rotary vane pumps that handle big vacuum jobs in factories and workshops. They have many small connections and ports inside where parts meet, and those spots need a reliable seal to hold oil in and keep the vacuum pulling hard. This copper ring gasket, part number 704552, is made exactly for those places.

It is a tiny flat ring of pure copper – soft enough to squash a little when you tighten bolts, but strong enough to fill every tiny gap and create a solid seal. No oil drips out, and no air sneaks in to weaken performance. The size is about 0.645 inches inside diameter, 0.86 inches outside diameter, and 0.052 inches thick.

This gasket fits the VC400, VC500, and VC700 models in the V-VC family. In most major rebuilds or gasket kits for these pumps, you will use around 8 of them.
