Description
Rietschle VC400, VC500, and VC700 pumps are big, strong machines used in factories and workshops to pull serious vacuum. The shaft spins fast inside, and oil helps keep everything smooth. This shaft seal, part number 604513, sits right on the shaft to stop oil from leaking out and keep dirt from getting in.
It is made from Viton – a special black rubber that stands up to heat and oil much better than regular rubber. It does not crack or swell even after long, hot runs. The size is 40 mm inside diameter (fits the shaft), 62 mm outside diameter (fits the housing), and 7 mm thick. It has a lip that presses against the shaft for a tight seal.
