Rotary vane pumps work by spinning a rotor with blades sliding in and out. Those blades are the vanes – and they’re doing most of the hard work.
This aluminum alloy vane is built just for the VC100 and VC150 models. It’s made from strong 6061-T6 aluminum that handles heat, oil, and constant sliding without wearing out too fast.
It measures 6.89 inches long, 1.84 inches wide, and 0.19 inches thick. That’s the perfect size to fit snug in the rotor slots and create a tight seal against the pump body.
You’ll find these in labs, small factories, medical machines, and workshops where reliable vacuum is a must.
After thousands of hours, vanes naturally get shorter or develop edges.
Changing them is a standard service job. You usually swap the full set so everything stays balanced. It takes a bit of time but brings the pump right back to full power.
