Description
This is a complete set of 6 exact replacement vanes (the GX composite type used in top rebuild kits). They fit Leybold Trivac D2A, D4A, and D2AC pumps perfectly.
You’ll find these same vanes in every major repair kit. Most techs swap all six whenever they open the pump for a full service. It’s the easiest way to make an old pump pull like new again. They slide straight into the rotor slots – no special tricks needed.
These are the parts that actually create the vacuum inside your pump.
They sit in slots on the spinning rotor. As the rotor turns, the vanes slide out and press against the inside wall. That makes tight little chambers that pull gas in and squeeze it out the exhaust.
