Description
This small nylon washer goes under the head of a 1/4-inch screw. It acts like a soft pad that grips better and spreads the pressure so the screw stays put longer.
Nylon is tough yet flexible. It resists oil, heat, and wear inside the pump. It helps stop metal-on-metal contact that could damage painted or machined surfaces.
