Becker U5.70 – U5.100 Service Kit – Part # 56650054200PP

This is a Major Overhaul Kit for the Becker U5.101 pump. The Becker part number is 56630354200

This kit is made specifically for the Becker U5.101 pump .

The U5.101 is an oil-lubricated rotary vane pump. It is a single-stage pump that pulls down to very deep vacuum.

 At 50 Hz, it moves about 100 m³/h. At 60 Hz, it moves about 120 m³/h. The motor power is 2.2 kW .

If you are not sure about your pump model, check the metal nameplate on the side of the pump. Look for “U5.101.”

This kit is complete. Here is everything you get :

The moving parts:

• A full set of new vanes (these create the suction)

• A new coupling disc (connects the motor to the pump)

• Sleeve bearings (for smooth spinning)

All the filters:

• Oil filter (keeps the lubricating oil clean)

• Oil separator element (stops oil mist from leaving the pump)

• Coarse separator (first-stage oil separation)

• Air filter for the gas ballast valve (keeps dirty air out)

Seals and gaskets:

• A complete set of seals and gaskets (for a tight seal and to stop oil leaks)
