This rotor key is a small metal part with a big job . It fits into slots on both the shaft and the rotor. Its job is to lock them together. This stops the rotor from spinning freely on the shaft. Without this key, your pump rotor will not turn correctly. It is made for Leybold UNO and DUO series pumps. It fits models including UNO004A, UNO008A, UNO012A, DUO004A, DUO008A, and DUO012A
