This is the Kinney Washer Seal, Part# 071108. It is made specifically for the Kinney KC15 rotary piston vacuum pump . This seal washer serves as a sealing element at critical points inside the pump . Its job is to create a secure seal that prevents air or gas from leaking out. That helps maintain the vacuum level your pump needs to work properly. A good seal also keeps out contaminants . This part is used in large quantities (8 per kit) in the Minor Maintenance Kit for the KC15 .
