Repair Kit, Becker VTLF 2.200/2.250

This is a Complete Repair Kit for Becker VTLF 2.200 and VTLF 2.250 pumps. The official part number is 33803800000 .

Think of it as a “rebuild in a box.” We gathered every single part that wears out over time. We put them all together so you do not have to search for anything.

This kit works on two Becker pump models :

• Becker VTLF 2.200 (Non-SK version)

• Becker VTLF 2.250 (Non-SK version)

These are oil-less (dry-running) rotary vane pumps. They use self-lubricating carbon vanes. There is no oil to change inside the pumping chamber .

If you are not sure about your pump model, check the metal nameplate on the side of the pump. Look for “VTLF 2.200” or “VTLF 2.250.” Also check if “SK” appears anywhere. If not, this is the right kit.

This kit is complete. Here is everything you get, based on the official parts list :

The vanes (these create the suction):

• 1 x Set of 5 Carbon Vanes (Part # 90136701005) – A full set for one pump.

The bearings (for smooth spinning):

• 1 x Roller Bearing NU207 C3 (Part # 90664900000)

• 1 x Angular Ball Bearing 3307 EC3 (Part # 90661720000)

The seals (to stop air leaks):

• 2 x Shaft Sealing Rings (Part # 90657700000) – Size 45x62x7 mm, made of Viton rubber.

The gaskets:

• 1 x Complete Gasket Set (Part # 54900052200) – For DTLF/VTLF 2.250 pumps.

The filter:

• 1 x Filter Cartridge (Part # 90951200000) – Also listed as C24355. The main intake filter.

The precision distance discs (for spacing the bearings):

• 2 x Distance Discs (Part # 91147700000) – 35 x 43 x 0.025 mm

• 2 x Distance Discs (Part # 91147800000) – 35 x 43 x 0.05 mm

• 1 x Distance Disc (Part # 91148000000) – 35 x 43 x 0.1 mm

The rubber element:

• 1 x Rubber Element (Part # 90220020000) – A vibration dampener for the pump head.

The grease:

• 2 x Grease Guns filled with Amblygon (Part # 74330500000) – This is the special high-temperature grease these pumps need. Each gun contains the right amount of Klüber Amblygon TA 15/2 grease
