This major repair kit (Part# BMK020) is made for Busch R5 models 0250C, 0250D, and 0302D. It includes three GX vanes (made from G11 fiberglass composite laminate), four Viton shaft seals, two needle bearings, two sleeve bearings, three exhaust valves, over 25 O-rings and gaskets, oil sight glass, and oil drain plug . Everything comes in one box for a complete pump overhaul.

This is the Viton O-ring, size 34 mm x 3 mm. It is part number 486516620. This ring fits several Busch R5 pump models including the 0160D, 0202D, 0250C, 0250D, 0302D, and 0160C . Made from tough Viton (FKM) rubber, it resists high heat and harsh chemicals. If your pump is leaking or losing vacuum, this small part makes a big difference. It is also included in major repair kits like BMK020 and BMKF016 .
This is the silicone O-ring, measuring 660mm in total length. It is part number 48206600-660mm. This ring is used on Busch R5 pump models 0250C, 0250D, and 0302D . Made from soft, flexible silicone rubber, it creates a tight seal even in tricky spots.

This Drain Plug (Part #430012) is a replacement part designed for a wide range of Busch R5 series vacuum pumps . It has a unique design. The plug body has 1.5 Gas threads for sealing the oil port. The center of the plug is tapped with a smaller 1/8″ thread . This allows you to attach a pressure gauge or other accessory directly into the drain plug. It is a standard component on many R5 models .
