Filter Service Kit, Rietschle VC 100/500

This is a Filter Service Kit specifically designed for the Rietschle VC 100 and VC 150 oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps. In the industry, this is often called a “Standard Service Kit” because it covers the basic parts you need to change at regular intervals 

As your vacuum pump runs, the oil gets dirty and the filters get clogged. If you ignore them, the pump has to work harder, gets hotter, and eventually breaks down.

This kit provides the parts needed to:

• Clean the exhaust air: The exhaust filter (oil mist separator) catches oil mist so it doesn’t spray into your shop .

• Seal the system: New gaskets and seals prevent air leaks and oil drips.

• Restore performance: Fresh parts bring the pump back to original factory efficiency.

  Component	Function
  Exhaust Filter (Oil Mist Separator)	The most critical part. It removes oil from the exhaust air (Part #731468 for VC100/150) .
  Intake Filter (Air Filter)	Keeps dust and dirt out of the pump.
