This is the official Busch Baffle, Sheet Metal (also known as a Baffle Strainer, Part #53701500) . It is a direct replacement part made for Busch R5 series vacuum pumps. This sheet metal baffle is used on pump models 0063C, 0063E, 0063F, 0100C, 0100E, and 0100F . It helps separate oil from exhaust gases and protects internal components.
