This Viton O-ring measures exactly 88.27 mm inner diameter with 5.33 mm thickness. It replaces Part #02126056 (cross-reference OV-2235) . This O-ring is specifically used on Edwards DP40, QDP40, iQDP40, DP80, QDP80, and iQDP80 dry pump models . The Viton (FKM) material handles high heat up to 205°C and harsh chemicals better than standard rubber .
