This lock plate is a Kinney replacement part designed for KMBD Booster pumps. It is used to secure critical fasteners, preventing them from loosening due to vibration during pump operation. When you install a new lock plate, make sure the fastener is torqued to the proper specification first. Then bend the tabs into place against the nut or bolt head.
