The KVX series pumps are variable frequency controlled, dry-running displacement pumps . They are 100% oil-free, so there is no oil to change . That makes them cleaner for certain jobs like CNC routing, woodworking, and packaging. But the carbon vanes still wear out eventually. Regular maintenance keeps them running strong.
This kit is made for the Becker KVX 3.100 pump . It gives you all the common wear parts in one convenient box.
Carbon Vanes (90140200004): These are the heart of your dry pump. The vanes slide in and out as the rotor spins. They create the vacuum that your machines need. This kit includes a full set of new carbon vanes . Becker’s KVX series uses self-lubricating, graphite composite vanes that are engineered to last up to 20,000 hours . But when they do wear out, you need to replace them.
Filter Cartridge (90950701000): Your pump has an intake filter that stops dust and debris. This kit includes one of these filter cartridges . It keeps dirty air from entering your pump and causing damage.
Dust Separator Filter Cartridge (90951400000): This is a special filter that catches larger dust particles before they reach the main filter . It helps your other filter last longer.
Grease Gun Filled with Amblygon TA15/2 Grease (74330500000): The bearings inside your pump need grease to run smoothly. This kit comes with a grease gun that is already filled with Amblygon TA15/2 grease . Just point and squeeze. No need to buy a separate grease tube or gun.
