This kit is made for a complete gas ballast rebuild on Trivac C series pumps. It includes every small part you need to service the gas ballast assembly .

Valve & Control Parts:

• Plate Valve Assembly (1 piece): The main valve that controls gas ballast flow (Part #40164117).

• Valve Assembly (1 piece): Complete assembly for precise control (Part #35020158).

Housing & Hardware:

• Cap (1 piece): The gas ballast cap you turn to open and close the valve (Part #34975105).

• Stiffening Disc (1 piece): Reinforces the cap assembly (Part #22204107).

• Screws (4 pieces): M5 x 16 mm mounting screws (Part #400066).
