These are oil-less (dry-running) rotary vane pumps. They use self-lubricating carbon vanes. There is no oil to change inside the pumping chamber. The ultimate vacuum for both pumps is about 200 mbar absolute.
If you are not sure about your pump model, check the metal nameplate on the side of the pump. Look for “VTLF 400” or “VTLF 500.”
