Repair Kit, Becker VTLF 250 without S/N

This is a Complete Repair Kit for the Becker VTLF 250 pump. But pay attention – this is for the older version without “SK” in the serial number .

The official part numbers are 33804500000 or 33804500-A0 .

Think of it as a “rebuild in a box.” We gathered every single part that wears out over time. We put them all together so you do not have to search for anything.

This kit is made specifically for the Becker VTLF 250 pump, but only for the Non-SK version .

This kit is complete. Here is everything you get :

The vanes (these create the suction):

• 1 x Set of 5 Carbon Vanes (Part # 90136701005) – A full set for one VTLF 250 pump.

The bearings (for smooth spinning):

• 1 x Roller Bearing NU207 (Part # 90664900000) – Single row .

• 1 x Angular Ball Bearing 3307 (Part # 90661720000) – Double row, for heavy loads .

The seals (to stop air leaks):

• 2 x Shaft Sealing Rings (Part # 90657700000) – Made of Viton rubber (size 45x62x7 mm).

• 4 x Teflon Tubes (Part # 91131000000) – 2mm x 148mm, used for specific sealing points .

The gaskets (to seal the pump body):

• 1 x Suction Cover Gasket (Part # 300022200)

• 4 x Flange Gaskets (Part # 790022200)

• 1 x Exhaust Chamber Gasket (Part # 890022200)

• 2 x Pump Body Gaskets (Part # 310022200)

• 1 x Rubber Element (Part # 90220020000) – A vibration dampener for the pump head !

The filter:

• 1 x Filter Cartridge (Part # 90953400000) – The main intake filter .

The precision distance discs (for spacing the bearings):

• 2 x Distance Discs (Part # 91147700000) – 35 x 43 x 0.025 mm .

• 2 x Distance Discs (Part # 91147800000) – 35 x 43 x 0.05 mm .

• 1 x Distance Disc (Part # 91148000000) – 35 x 43 x 0.1 mm .

The grease:

• 2 x Tubes of Amblygon / Plus TA15/2 Grease (Part # 74330500000) – 50g each. This is the special high-temperature grease these pumps need
