Shaft Seal – Head Assembly (2 ½), Kinney, Rotary Piston, KT850C, Part# 65118

This is a complete head assembly made specifically for the Kinney KT850C . It measures 2 ½ inches.

Think of it as a barrier. It seals the space between the rotating shaft and the stationary pump head. This does two important things:

• Prevents oil leaks: It keeps vacuum pump oil inside the pump where it belongs.

• Keeps air out: It stops outside air from being drawn into the pump, which would ruin your vacuum.
