Busch Seal Kit – Busch 0025/0040 D KB & 0063F/0100F Part# BSK002

We put together every rubber seal your pump needs for a minor service. Here is what you get :

Shaft Seals (2 pieces)
These stop oil from leaking out where the pump shaft comes out. Each seal is made of Viton rubber. It has an inner diameter of 30 mm, an outer diameter of 42 mm, and is 6 mm thick. Viton handles high heat and chemicals very well .

Cylinder Gaskets (3 pieces)
You get one cylinder gasket (part #480000150) and two more cylinder gaskets (part #48011200). These flat gaskets seal the pump cylinder. No leaks mean better vacuum .

Ring Gaskets (7 pieces total)
These include two ring gaskets (part #48401700), two more (part #48403400), and three copper ring gaskets (part #48402900). These small gaskets seal tight at different connection points inside the pump .

O-rings (9 pieces)
We include nine O-rings in different sizes. Some are 25 x 2 mm. Some are 35 x 4 mm. One is a large 128 x 3 mm. All are made of Viton rubber. They fit perfectly in grooves around the pump body .

Exhaust Silencer Membranes (2 pieces)
These small rubber pieces (part #73400300) go inside the exhaust silencer. They help your pump run quietly and stop oil mist from getting out .

Other Seals and Gaskets
You also get a float valve seal (part #390016), oil fill plug gasket (part #48202000), oil sight glass gasket (part #48027100), and a service block O-ring (part #486114368). Every rubber seal your pump needs is in this box .
