Filter Kit, Busch R5 KB 0025D / 0040D – Metal End Cap

We put everything you need in one box. No running around looking for missing parts. Here is what you get :

Exhaust Filter with Metal End Cap & Silencer (130 mm length)
This is the main part of this kit. It has a strong metal end cap. Metal end caps last longer than plastic ones. They do not crack or break over time. The built-in silencer makes your pump run quieter too . This filter is 130 mm long and fits your KB series pump perfectly .

Oil Filter
Clean oil is the lifeblood of your vacuum pump. This oil filter removes dirt and tiny metal particles from the oil. Clean oil means your pump will last much longer .

Cylinder Gasket
This flat gasket seals the pump cylinder. A good seal means no air leaks and better vacuum.

Dowty Seal (Viton)
This is a metal-rubber washer. It seals the oil drain area tight. Made of Viton rubber which handles high heat and chemicals well .

O-rings (2 pieces)
You get two Viton O-rings. One is 35 x 4 mm. The other is 22 x 2 mm . Viton is a special rubber that handles high heat and chemicals. These small rings stop air leaks at key connection points.

Oil Drain Plug (Nylon)
A new plug for the oil drain hole. Old plugs can crack and leak. This new one keeps the oil inside where it belongs
