The Heart – CF Vanes (3 pieces) – Carbon Fiber Wrapped
These are the most important parts of your pump. Our CF vanes are made with a carbon fiber wrapped material . Carbon fiber is very strong and lightweight. It handles high heat without warping. It does not soak up moisture. And it lasts longer than standard vanes in tough applications .

The Filters – Exhaust Filter with Silencer (201 mm)
A clean filter lets your pump breathe properly. This kit includes a complete exhaust filter (201 mm long) with a built-in silencer . It helps your pump run quieter and pull a stronger vacuum .

The Oil Filter
Clean oil is the lifeblood of your pump. This oil filter removes dirt and tiny metal particles from the oil. Clean oil means your pump will last much longer .

The Seals – Shaft Seals (2 pieces)
These stop oil from leaking out where the pump shaft comes out. Each seal is made of Viton rubber. Viton handles high heat and chemicals very well .

The Gaskets and O-rings
You get a complete set of gaskets and O-rings :

• Cylinder gaskets (2 pieces) – seal the pump cylinder

• Ring gaskets – seal different connection points

• O-rings in various sizes – all made of Viton rubber

• Dowty seal (Viton) – a metal-rubber washer for the oil drain area

• Oil sight glass gasket – seals the sight glass

The Bearings and Hardware

• Needle bearings (2 pieces) – keep the pump spinning smoothly
