Busch R5 EVA CB 0250 B Gasket Kit – Part # 990115018

We put together every seal and gasket your pump needs for a thorough service. Here is what you get :

Shaft Seals (4 pieces)
These stop oil from leaking out where the pump shaft comes out. Each seal is made of Viton rubber. Viton handles high heat and chemicals very well. The 0250 B uses four shaft seals because it is a larger, two-stage pump.

Cylinder and Cover Gaskets

• Cylinder/Exhaust box gasket (part# 48010800) – seals the main pumping chamber

• Cover plate gasket (part# 48014300)

• Additional gaskets (part# 48012300, 48012400) for other sealing points

Viton O-rings (10+ pieces)
We include O-rings in several sizes, all made of Viton rubber for high heat resistance:

• 35 x 4 mm (4 pieces, part# 48651200)

• 186 x 3.5 mm (2 pieces, part# 48654300)

• 87 x 3 mm (2 pieces, part# 48653100)

• 22 x 2 mm (1 piece, part# 48650500)

• And more O-rings (part# 48652100, 48652600)

Silicone Long O-ring (1 piece)
This is a 4 x 330 mm long silicone cord (part# 482525646-330MM). You cut it to the exact length you need. Silicone handles high temperatures very well.

Ring Gaskets (3 pieces)

• Ring gasket (part# 48404000)

• Ring gasket (part# 48403400)

• Copper ring gasket (part# 48402900) – copper is soft and seals very well under pressure

Oil Fill Plug Gasket
One gasket (part# 48210600) for the oil fill plug.

Sight Glass and Assembly
You get a complete sight glass assembly (part# 500015PP) plus a separate sight glass (part# 83623) and the sight glass gasket (part# 48023100). This lets you see how much oil is in the pump and if the oil is dirty.

Oil Drain Plug
A new nylon oil drain plug (part# 710000010) is included. Old plugs can crack and leak. This new one keeps the oil inside where it belongs
