Busch R5 EVA CB 0250B Filter Kit – Part # 992115020

We put everything you need in one box. No running around looking for missing parts. Here is what you get :

Four Exhaust Filters with O-Ring (376 mm length)
These are the main parts of this kit. Each filter is 376 mm long and comes with an O-ring for a secure seal . The 0250B is a large pump. It moves a lot of air. To handle the extra airflow, it uses four exhaust filters instead of one or two. This kit gives you all four .

Oil Filter
Clean oil is the lifeblood of your vacuum pump. This oil filter removes dirt and tiny metal particles from the oil . Clean oil means your pump will last much longer. The oil filter (part# 53100100) is compatible with Busch R5 0250B and many other models .

Two Baffle Strainers
These special filters (part# 53703300 and 53705100) catch large particles before they enter the pump . They are an extra layer of protection for your pump’s internal parts.

Cover Plate Gasket (part# 48014300)
This flat gasket seals the filter cover plate. A good seal means no air leaks and better vacuum .

Oil Sight Glass Gasket (part# 48023100)
This small gasket seals the sight glass. It stops oil from leaking out around the sight glass .

Viton O-ring (part# 48650500)
One Viton O-ring (22 x 2 mm) for sealing other connection points. Viton handles high heat and chemicals very well .

Oil Drain Plug
A new nylon oil drain plug (part# 710000010) is included . Old plugs can crack and leak. This new one keeps the oil inside where it belongs.
