Busch Gasket Kit – 1000B / 16000B Part# BGK011

These stop oil from leaking out where the pump shaft comes out. This kit includes two different shaft seals :

• Viton shaft seal (60 x 80 x 10/8 mm) – Viton handles high heat and chemicals very well 

• Buna shaft seal (60 x 80 x 7/7.5 mm) – Buna is excellent for oil resistance 

Cylinder and Cover Gaskets (5 pieces)

• Cylinder/exhaust box gasket (part# 48013200) – seals the main pumping chamber 

• Exhaust box cover gasket (part# 48013100) – 2 pieces 

• Side cover plate gasket (part# 48013400) – 1 piece 

• Valve housing/oil separator gasket (part# 48025400) – 1 piece 

Ring Gaskets (8+ pieces)

• Ring gasket (part# 48403400) – 4 pieces

• Ring gasket (part# 48406700) – 1 piece 

• Ring gasket (part# 48407000) – 1 piece

• Ring gasket (part# 48202300) – 1 piece

• Copper ring gasket (part# 48402900) – 2 pieces – copper is soft and seals very well under pressure 

• Copper ring gasket (part# 48405600) – 1 piece

O-rings (30+ pieces in different sizes and materials)

Viton O-rings (high heat resistance):

• 16 x 2.5 mm (2 pieces)

• 22 x 3 mm (2 pieces)

Buna O-rings (good oil resistance):

• 35 x 4 mm (16 pieces)

Silicone O-ring cord:

• 660 mm long silicone cord (part# 48206600-660MM) – you cut this to the exact length you need. Silicone handles high temperatures very well .

Oil Sight Glass Gaskets (2 pieces)
These small gaskets (part# 48023100) seal the sight glasses. They stop oil from leaking out around the sight glass .

Oil Drain Plug
A new nylon oil drain plug (part# 710000010) is included. Old plugs can crack and leak. This new one keeps the oil inside where it belongs .

Inlet Screen
One flat inlet screen (part# 53402400) to keep debris out of your pump .
