Eight Exhaust Filters with Built-in Silencer (503 mm length)
These are the main parts of this kit. Each filter is 503 mm long – that is about 20 inches. And it has a built-in silencer that makes your pump run much quieter .

You might be surprised by the number – eight filters. That is correct. These pumps are large. They need eight exhaust filters to handle the high airflow. This kit gives you all eight .

Oil Filter
Clean oil is the lifeblood of your vacuum pump. This oil filter (part# 53100500) removes dirt and tiny metal particles from the oil . Clean oil means your pump will last much longer.

Two Baffle Strainers
These special filters (part# 53703400 and 53704200) catch large particles before they enter the pump . They are an extra layer of protection for your pump’s internal parts.

All Necessary Gaskets
The kit includes all the gaskets you need for a complete filter change :

• Exhaust box cover gasket (1 piece, part# 48013100) 

• Gasket (1 piece, part# 48012800)

• Oil sight glass gaskets (2 pieces, part# 48023100)

• Oil fill plug gasket (1 piece, part# 48210600)

Sight Glass and Drain Plug

• Complete sight glass assembly (part# 500015PP) – lets you see oil level and condition 

• Oil drain plug (part# 710000010) – nylon, 1/2 inch. Old plugs can crack and leak 

• O-ring (part# 48650500) – Viton, 22 x 2 mm
