Busch Gasket Kit – 0400B / 0502B / 0630B Part# BGK010

We put together every seal and gasket your pump needs for a thorough service. Here is what you get  :

Shaft Seals (4 pieces)
These stop oil from leaking out where the pump shaft comes out. All four are made of Viton rubber (part# 48703200). Viton handles high heat and chemicals very well . The 0400B, 0502B, and 0630B pumps use four shaft seals because they are larger pumps.

Cylinder and Cover Gaskets

• Cylinder/Exhaust Box Gasket (part# 48011100) – seals the main pumping chamber 

• Exhaust Box Cover Gasket (part# 48013100) – seals the exhaust box cover 

• Side Cover Plate Gasket (part# 48013400) – seals the side cover 

• Gasket (part# 48012800) – for other sealing points 

O-rings (20+ pieces in Viton and Silicone)

Viton O-rings (high heat resistance):

• 35 x 4 mm (8 pieces, part# 48651200) – most common size in this kit

• 25 x 2 mm (2 pieces, part# 48656100)

• 22 x 2 mm (1 piece, part# 48650500)

• 28 x 3 mm (1 piece, part# 79509)

• 8 x 2 mm (2 pieces, part# PL23970149)

Silicone O-ring cord:

• 420 mm long silicone cord (part# 48206600-420MM) – you cut this to the exact length you need. Silicone handles high temperatures very well

• Ring gasket (2 pieces, part# 48403400)

• Ring gasket (1 piece, part# 48406200) 

• Copper ring gasket (1 piece, part# 48402900) – copper is soft and seals very well under pressure 

Oil System Components

• Oil sight glass gasket (1 piece, part# 48023100) – seals the sight glass 

• Oil fill plug gasket (1 piece, part# 48210600) – seals the oil fill opening 

• Oil drain plug (1 piece, part# 710000010) – nylon, 1/2 inch. Old plugs can crack and leak 

Float Valve Gaskets

• Float valve cover gasket (1 piece, part# 481532126) 

• Float valve gasket (1 piece, part# 481529712) 

Oil Cooler Gaskets

• Oil cooler gaskets (2 pieces, part# 480537332) – for pumps equipped with an oil cooler
