We put together every single part you need for a full rebuild – both the mechanical parts AND the filters. Here is what you get:

The Heart – GX Vanes (3 pieces, part# 722516573)
These are the most important parts of your pump. The GX vanes are made from G11 fiberglass composite laminate with an epoxy resin binder . This material is very strong. It has high tensile strength. It does not soak up moisture. For standard industrial applications, GX vanes are a great choice.

The Filters – Complete Filtration System

• Four Exhaust Filters with O-Ring (376 mm long, part# 532140159) – These are the main filters for your pump. Each filter is 376 mm long – about 15 inches – and comes with an O-ring for a secure seal . These D-series pumps need four exhaust filters to handle their high airflow. This kit gives you all four.

• Oil Filter (part# 53100100) – Removes dirt and tiny metal particles from the oil . Clean oil means your pump lasts much longer.

• Baffle Strainers (part# 53703300 & 53705100) – Catch large particles before they enter the pump . Extra protection for your pump’s internal parts.

The Seals – Shaft Seals (4 pieces, part# 48701200)
These stop oil from leaking out where the pump shaft comes out. All four are made of Viton rubber . Viton handles high heat and chemicals very well. These pumps use four shaft seals because they are larger pumps.

The Bearings

• Needle Bearings (2 pieces, part# 47300500) – keep your pump spinning smoothly 

• Sleeve Bearings (Race) (2 pieces, part# 47200800) – protect the shaft where the bearings ride 

The Exhaust System Components

• Exhaust Valves (2 pieces, part# 916529297) – made of plastic with integrated gaskets, controls exhaust flow 

• Exhaust Cover Gasket (part# 481502721) – seals the exhaust area
