Major Repair Kit with GX Vanes & Filters – Busch R5 0016C, 0016D [BMKF003A]

You get three GX vanes . These vanes are made from a special material. They use a G11 fiberglass composite laminate with an epoxy resin binder.  These vanes are very strong. They do not soak up moisture easily. They work well in many different applications. Many big pump manufacturers use this same type of material.

This kit also includes filters.

Many repair kits leave out the filters. Not this one. You get both oil and exhaust filters :

• Exhaust Filters – These catch oil mist and particles from the air leaving the pump

• Oil Filter – This keeps dirt out of your oil and protects the pump inside

Here is everything else you get inside this kit:

Gaskets (to stop leaks):

• Cylinder Gaskets

• Cover Plate Gaskets

• Oil Sight Glass Gasket

• Oil Fill Plug Gasket

O-Rings (Viton/FKM – strong rubber that resists heat and oil):

• Various sizes of O-rings to seal different parts of the pump

Ring Gaskets:

• Ring Gaskets for tight sealing in specific areas

Bearings and Seals (for smooth movement):

• Needle Bearings

• Sleeve Bearings (also called races)

• Shaft Seals, Viton – these stop oil from leaking out around the spinning shaft

Other Important Parts:

• Threaded Taper Pins

• Oil Drain Plug, nylon

• Sight Glass

• Sight Glass Assembly

• Hex Nuts

All these parts come in one complete box. You do not have to hunt for each seal, bearing, or filter one by one.
