This external retaining ring is a tiny metal clip that plays a key role in keeping your Rietschle pump together. It fits the V-VCA and VCE series – models such as the VCA25, VCE25, VCA40, VCE40, VCA60, VCE60, VCAH100, VCEH100, plus some V-VC like VC400, VC500, and VC700.
These pumps work hard in labs, print shops, packaging, and small factories. They have spinning parts like shafts and bearings that must stay locked in position to avoid wobble, noise, or damage.
The retaining ring slides into a groove on the shaft or housing. It acts like a stop that prevents things from sliding out of place during operation.
