This is the Kinney Gear Lock Washer, Part# 5879B. It is made specifically for the Kinney KMBD850 and KMBD1600 mechanical vacuum boosters . This lock washer secures the gear assembly in place. It prevents nuts and bolts from loosening due to vibration. A good lock washer keeps your pump running safely and reliably . This part is also included in Major Repair Kits for both the KMBD850 and KMBD1600 pumps

      This is the Gear Lock Washer for Kinney KMBD Booster pumps, Part# 5879B . It is a special washer with “locks” or tabs on it . You bend these tabs over after tightening the nut. This locks the nut in place.
